Taco soup is one of our favs (instead of stewed tomatoes I just do the 2 small cans of tomato sauce since my kids don't like the tomato chunks). Brown the meat and throw it with all other ingredients in pot for 4 hours. We serve with tortillas chips and top with plain Greek yogurt, cheese, and I like diced avacado too. Makes enough for 2 dinners for us so I freeze the other half for another time.
