I have pneumonia, so I stayed home from work today. This offered me the luxury of having the time to throw something in the crock pot for dinner tonight. I just made it up with what I found in the pantry, but I think it'll be delish! And it only took me 5 mins. to throw together. I'll let you know how it turns out.

1 can petite diced tomatoes with chilies
1 can corn
Cumin
Garlic
Thyme
